Monica completed her undergraduate education with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science at Auburn University, Auburn, AL. 

Monica continued her education at Armstrong Atlantic State University, Savannah, GA, where she obtained a Master’s of Science Degree in Physical Therapy. Since receiving her Master’s in 1997, Monica’s work experience has included acute hospital care, nursing home rehabilitation, home health care, hospice care, and outpatient care. 

Currently, Monica is the Clinical Manager at ProFlex PT’s Alexandria clinic. 

Monica enjoys exercising with friends and remodeling her home.

Masha is a licensed physical therapist that completed her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2013. She has had clinical experience in Orthopedics, Pediatrics, and Sub acute Rehabilitation, and is certified by the McKenzie Institute in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT) of the Lumbar Spine.

In 2007 Masha received her Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland, College Park, where she played Division I tennis from 2003-2007.

In her spare time Masha likes to travel and spend time outdoors with family and friends.

Casey Watson graduated from Salisbury University in May 2014, where she earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Science. While enrolled at Salisbury, she obtained her Personal Training certification through American College of Sports Medicine. She has worked as a PT aide since graduating college and hopes to attend physical therapy school in the near future.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to the beach.
