My father had a great experience at Proflex, so I took my daughter when she injured her foot. Her extensive therapy was excellent. She worked with Shantell and other therapists who took great care of getting her back to health and taking their time to explain to my teenage daughter what she needed to do at home. I recommend this place to everyone young and old.
Hello, During my time at Proflex the trainers worked with me to recover fromSciatic nerve pain that went from my left side hip all the way down to my foot. The trainers was very professional and helpful. All the exercise and stretching made things better in my life. If anyone I know need any physical therapy I will definitely recommend them to Proflex. At this time I have been discharged from the program because of the good things that happened to me there. If I need you in the future I definitely will be back. Thank you for your help.
I was hopeless that time when I started going here. I had physical therapy somewhere else, not really helped. Shantell listened to me. She figured out my problem before my MRI. I feel 80% better in a month. Finally I can stand on my feet hours and I can start working. 🙏 Than you! 💖
I recently had the privilege of undergoing occupational therapy at ProFlex and the experience was nothing short of transformative. The team at ProFlex demonstrated unparalleled professionalism, expertise, and genuine care throughout the entire process.I worked specifically with Julius, who took the time to understand my unique challenges and goals, created a personalized treatment plan that addressed my specific needs, and was a just pleasure to work with.
All the staff at ProFlex was very professional. I recently went to physical therapy for a number of weeks. Taylor was my physical therapist and she was very helpful and encouraging. I would highly recommend going to the ProFlex in Clinton.

My dad spent basically all of summer 2023 going here for Physical and Occupational therapy. His therapists were John and Julius, respectively, and they were beyond amazing -- demonstrated experts in their field, but more importantly, genuinely caring and concerned for each of their patients. As of this writing, my dad's time with ProFlex has come to an end and we will quite frankly miss our routine of coming here twice a week. Not only are John and Julius expert therapists, but the entire staff, including the other therapists, are very friendly and welcoming even to folks who aren't their own patients. Special shoutout to the office management folks at the front desk -- you are the kindest and most accommodating professionals I've ever worked with during my dad's health journey. I wish more doctors' offices were staffed with folks like you. You made us -- both me and my dad -- feel human again. Finally, the facility itself is a great setting for therapy: brightly lit; good energy and good vibes; very clean; a lot of useful and up to date equipment for maximum therapy; and they keep the radio tuned to 97.1FM for motivating and inoffensive crowd pleasing music.
Today (7-31-23) was graduation day from physical therapy. I started back in March around the 13th with Julius Rosales, MS, OTR/L. I was very pleased with Julius from our very first meeting. He conducted himself in a very professional manner each time I had my sessions with him. He explained how he planned to tackle my physical therapy/recovery from having carpal tunnel surgery and he also provided me with home exercises to help me progress to this day of finishing up with in patient therapy. I want to let Proflex know that you all have an outstanding employee working for your company. He listened to my concerns when I had them and he adjusted my care around issues that I felt needed a little more attention. This was my second time returning to Proflex for physical therapy on my hand. I've had two surgeries on my left hand and each time I choose Proflex for my care. The service that I received was outstanding. The front office staff was excellent. They were very patient and flexible in helping me set up my schedules. Once you had your schedule set, they were so kind to provide you with a printout. Overall I am giving Julius Rosales 5 stars but if I could, I would give him 10 stars.Please reward your therapist! I would hope that your company would award Julius with a cash bonus for his professional interaction with not just me but with all of his patients that he comes in contact with. He is very professional and personable at all times. We shared life stories etc. Julius, job well done sir. I pray that you continue to soar and keep the same professional attitude in how you interact with each individual patient that you see! From the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you did to help me recover from my carpal tunnel surgery. Well, we must now break up! Our joke. Proflex please don't overlook your employee because they should be awarded! They make Proflex look good. If I had to come back for hand therapy, I would want Julius Rosales to be my therapist! By chance and assignment, I was fortunate and received a referral to Proflex, Clinton MD. My therapist, Julius, is excellent. He evaluated my issue, worked with me on exercises while I was in the facility and then provided me home exercises and routines to do so that my hand improved. Starting out with twice weekly, toward the end, I transitioned to once a week, improving each day. Julius discharged me on 13 Oct, after a final evaluation. I increased the strength and flexibility far beyond what I thought was possible. Highly recommend him for hand therapy.The reception staff is also outstanding; they are welcoming, understanding and easy to work with. Again, the staff is caring, willing to work around schedules to fit in sessions and just a pleasure to work with.
I love theses therapists! They are very known, kind, considerate and caring! My care was excellent I actually loved going twice a week, I looked forward to it! I found the receptionist to be very kind. They know you when you walk in the door. I will miss them when my therapy ends. I would recommend them to my family and friends!
