Neil completed his undergraduate education at the University of Dayton in Dayton, Ohio, where he gained his athletic training certification and a Bachelor of Science degree in exercise science. Neil continued his education at Andrews University where he obtained his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy. As a Physical Therapist, Neil has gained his certification in dry needling and has taken multiple continuing education courses in areas that include, mobilizations and manual therapy for the spine and peripheral joints. He also has been featured in article in the Baltimore Sun, NATA magazine and The Independent. Neil directs ProFlex's athletic training program in St. Mary's and Charles Counties, in addition to being the Director of ProFlex's Waldorf clinic. He has been with the company for 14 years and enjoys spending time with his family in his spare time.

Trenna received her physical therapy degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY) in 1984. She has lived and practiced physical therapy in five different states over her career. She has worked in a variety of settings including: neurological rehab, oncology, acute care, subacute care, home health, and outpatient orthopedics. With her diverse background, Trenna has found each different treatment setting to be rewarding in its own way. Trenna has been a staff therapist with ProFlex since 1995.She enjoys patients of various diagnosis and has no particular specialty. Trenna has worked in the Clinton office and is currently working in our Waldorf office. Trenna is married and has three adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys college football and is a diehard Ohio State fan. She lives on the tidal waters of the Chesapeake and enjoys kayaking, boating and jet skiing.

LeAnn attended Lenoir-Rhyne University in Hickory, North Carolina where she obtained her Occupational Therapy degree. She is Certified Hand Therapist and Occupational Therapist and has nearly 15 years of experience treating hand and upper extremity injuries, she enjoys helping patients improve their quality of life and regain range of motion and functional use.

In her spare time, LeAnn enjoys playing and coaching soccer, spending time with her family, traveling, going to the beach, attending her church and volunteering in the community.

Felecia is a licensed physical therapist who completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the George Washington University and received her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. Because of her passion for education and knowledge, Dr. Patterson has completed a number of continuing education courses and became a NASM certified personal trainer during her post-graduate years. Dr. Patterson has been a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) since 2006 and loves to spend time being active (i.e. exercising, hiking, ice skating) with family and friends during her spare time.

Katie attended Ashland University (Ashland, OH) where she was a member of the Varsity Track & Field team as a thrower and graduated in 2013 with her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. She completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Ohio University in 2016. At Ohio University, Katie took additional course work to obtain her McKenzie MDT Part A certification which trained her how to treat back pain using specific repeated movement therapy. She also acquired her Dry Needling certification from IAOM (International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine) and has a true passion for using those techniques to more efficiently treat patients with myofascial pain. As a student, Katie had a once in a lifetime opportunity to treat NFL and MLB athletes at an elite training facility in Miami, Florida. Katie has recently moved to Maryland from Ohio to join the ProFlex team as a full-time Physical Therapist. In her spare time, Katie is an avid sports fan and is happiest when watching professional sports or with a volleyball in her hands!

Jill graduated with her Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy from Towson University, completing her clinical rotation in hand therapy at the Curtis Hand Center in Baltimore, and finished her education with a Master’s in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland.   In her 13 years of practice, Jill has pursued continuing education coursework in advanced splinting, wound care, lymphedema management, tendon injuries, complicated fracture management, multi trauma injuries, and dry needling.   She has presented at the Philadelphia Hand Conference and has been featured in the Maryland Independent.   Jill provides the highest quality of care for patients recovering from hand and upper extremity injuries, combining her kind and motivating personality with a desire for a positive clinical outcome for all of her patients.  She believes that having successful team approach, including her fellow therapists, support staff, and physicians, ensures the best outcome for the patient.  In her spare time, Jill enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and traveling with her husband and two daughters to any place with a beach.

Ryerson completed an accelerated Masters of Occupational Therapy Program at Quinnipiac University in Hamden, CT. He graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2013. Ryerson is certified as TPI Level 1 and TPI Medical Level 2. He has presented at the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) National Conference and is a former NCAA Division 1 Golfer. Ryerson is a Certified Hand Therapist and a member of our Waldorf and Leonardtown hand therapy teams. He treats a variety of common and/or complex hand and upper extremity conditions. Ryerson's primary goal is the help individuals return to meaningful activities with as much independence and performance as possible. In his spare time, Ryerson enjoys playing golf, playing and coaching ice hockey and watching movies.

Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Krystal received her Bachelor's of Science from Virginia State University class of 2009 in health, physical education and recreation. Krystal went on to attend Howard University where she obtained her Master's of Science in Occupational Therapy in December 2011. While enrolled in Howard University's MSOT program she did various clinical rotations including Shore Road Sports Rehabilitation in Brooklyn New York affiliated with Lutheran Hospital, Doctor's Hospital in Greater Washington D.C. as well as a pediatric rotation at Children's Hospital of Richmond in Richmond, VA.

Krystal's passion for hand therapy first began when she was exposed to the specialty during her time spent at Howard University, followed by Shore Road Rehab where she rehabilitated multiple upper extremity diagnoses including flexor/extensor tendon repairs, TFCC repairs, Boutonniere Deformity, Mallte Finger and Colles' fractures just to name a few. After working in handy therapy for 2 years, Krystal decided to further her education and obtain her Doctorate degree.

Krystal completed her Occupational Therapy Doctorate with a specialty in upper extremity and hand rehabilitation in May 2016 at Concordia University-Wisconsin. At ProFlex PT, Krystal's area of specialty includes: rehabilitation of orthopedic conditions and sports related injury. Krystal's interests include teaching adjunct courses at Trinity University for the MOT/OTA programs, traveling and journaling in her spare time. Krystal has completed two missionary trips both focusing on occupational therapy in South America and aspires to do much more of that. Krystal plans to sit for her Hand Therapy Certification (CHT) in May of 2017.

Rebecca received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2016 at Ithaca College in New York. Rebecca had three clinical experiences in outpatient clinical facilities including orthopedics, neurology and wound care. She has had one clinical experience at the Batavia VA Medical Center working in the skilled nursing setting. Rebecca enjoys treating all her patients with a wide variety of impairments. Rebecca has a particular interest in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation. In her free time, Rebecca enjoys outdoor activities of hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, camping and riding horses.

Kathleen Brady, PTA graduated from the CSM/CACHE Program with a PTA degree in 1998. She has continued her education with classes in various musculoskeletal courses as well as stroke recovery and other neurological disorders. Kathy has worked at ProFlex Physical Therapy for 10 years with a variety of patient diagnosis/problems utilizing therapeutic exercises, manual techniques and different modalities. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys working in her garden, reading and spending time with her family and friends
