Aaron attended physical therapy school in Omaha, NE at Creighton University. Prior to school, Aaron attended Chadron State College in his home town of Chadron, NE. It was while attending undergraduate where Aaron developed an interest in helping people reach their utmost potential physically. This passion developed while playing four years of NCAA football at Chardon State. He continued his passion while attending graduate school at Creighton. Aaron has also earned his NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification.

Aaron was involved in several student organizations, including serving as treasurer for Creighton University Student Physical Therapy Association and a member of the Sports Therapy Club/Physical Therapy Leadership Guild. Since graduating he has worked with a variety of patients. Prior to ProFlex, he served as a Travel therapist in many different orthopedic clinics. This gave him a variety of experience working in multiple states including Colorado, California, and Maryland. He has worked with patients varying from Olympic//Collegiate athletes to patients with spinal cord injuries. With his diverse experience, he enjoys helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds return to an active life and believes no one is ever too old to reach their maximum potential. Aaron believes in an individualized approach to the evaluation and treatment process that is always hands-on and movement-based. He also believes in an active treatment process working with patients as a partnership. He assures his patients receive the attention they deserve with the best rehabilitation. His special interests include working with high school athletes and "weekend warriors."

In his spare time, Aaron enjoys living a very active lifestyle which includes a variety of outdoor activities such as camping, hiking, surfing and snow skiing. He is involved in several community sports leagues including flag football and softball. He looks forward to exploring the Mid-Atlantic region.

Trenna received her physical therapy degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY) in 1984. She has lived and practiced physical therapy in five different states over her career. She has worked in a variety of settings including: neurological rehab, oncology, acute care, subacute care, home health, and outpatient orthopedics. With her diverse background, Trenna has found each different treatment setting to be rewarding in its own way. Trenna has been a staff therapist with ProFlex since 1995.She enjoys patients of various diagnosis and has no particular specialty. Trenna has worked in the Clinton office and is currently working in our Waldorf office. Trenna is married and has three adult children. In her spare time, she enjoys college football and is a diehard Ohio State fan. She lives on the tidal waters of the Chesapeake and enjoys kayaking, boating and jet skiing.

Ally received her Bachelor of Exercise Science with a minor in Chemistry at Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. She earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, where she took extra courses in Acute Care Physical Therapy and was the 2nd Year President of the Pediatric Special Interest Group. Outside of PT school, she has taken courses for treating runners in the Outpatient Physical Therapy setting. She has a special interest in treating runners due to her passion for long-distance running. At ProFlex she treats:

Runners and athletes of all ages

All orthopedic injuries

Musculoskeletal pain

Post-surgical conditions

Balance and gait impairments 

General strength and conditioning

Prehabilitation for surgery

In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, running on the trails, or biking on her road bike. She makes sure to challenge herself with at least one race a year, either running, biking, swimming, or a mix of all three! She and her husband love to attend car shows, play pool, and compete against each other in races.

Jill graduated with her Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy from Towson University, completing her clinical rotation in hand therapy at the Curtis Hand Center in Baltimore, and finished her education with a Master’s in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland.   In her 13 years of practice, Jill has pursued continuing education coursework in advanced splinting, wound care, tendon injuries, complicated fracture management, multi trauma injuries, and dry needling.   She has presented at the Philadelphia Hand Conference and has been featured in the Maryland Independent.   Jill provides the highest quality of care for patients recovering from hand and upper extremity injuries, combining her kind and motivating personality with a desire for a positive clinical outcome for all of her patients.  She believes that having successful team approach, including her fellow therapists, support staff, and physicians, ensures the best outcome for the patient.  In her spare time, Jill enjoys playing tennis, cooking, and traveling with her husband and two daughters to any place with a beach.

My name is Julius Rosales and I am a recent graduate of Towson's B.S/M.S Occupational Therapy program. I graduated Spring 2020 on the Dean's list with my Bachelors in Occupational Health and Well-Being and a Minor in Applied Adult Disabilities Studies. I then received my Masters's in Occupational Therapy from Towson in the Summer of 2021 while maintaining a GPA of 3.94 and above. During the graduate portion of my program, I had the opportunity to work alongside the occupational therapist at the ProFlex Waldorf location during the Winter (January-April) 2021 for my full-time level II fieldwork rotation. At ProFlex, I will be working as an occupational therapist in multiple locations.

During my spare time, I love to exercise, spend time with family, and try out new cooking recipes

My name is Jensen Anderson and I am a recent graduate of Belmont University’s Doctorate of Occupational Therapy program in spring of 2022. During the program, I participated in fieldwork rotation in an outpatient occupational therapy setting very similar to ProFlex, where I became interested in hand and upper extremity rehabilitation.

I recently moved to the DMV area and am very excited to start this position at ProFlex Waldorf.

Courtney graduated from the Chesapeake Area Consortium of Higher Education Physical Therapist Assistance program through the Collage of Southern Maryland in 2020. Prior to that, she attended Towson University where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science.

Courtney is a Physical Therapist Assistant at the Waldorf office. She continues to learn new skills through continuing education classes. She has worked with a variety of conditions and enjoys helping patients return to their prior level of function.

In her spare time, Courtney enjoys spending time with her family and friends and her dog Jim. She also enjoys going to Nationals games and cooking new recipes.

Stephanie Butts, PTA, began her career at ProFlex in 2011 as a PT tech.  In 2015, she received great news she was accepted into the Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education (CACHE) PTA Program.  At that time, Stephanie took time off to further her career in the Physical Therapy world as a future Physical Therapist Assistant. ProFlex decided to remain as her employer throughout her years of schooling.  After graduating in May 2018, Stephanie took her Maryland State PTA Board Exam and passed with flying colors. She wanted to continue her journey working for such a great company and colleagues.  She accepted a full-time position where it all began in our Waldorf clinic, starting in August 2018.

Stephanie brings compassion and joy to her patients as well as others around her.  She is a hard worker and keeps the excitement going in our company. In her spare time, she enjoys being outdoors, going out on the water, playing softball, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Laura is a full-time Front Desk Coordinator.  She is a life-long resident of Charles County.  Laura is a devoted mother of three.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and helping those in need.  Laura also enjoys fostering orphaned, sick and injured animals.
