ProFlex Physical Therapy contracts with area high schools offering nationally certified and state-licensed athletic trainers who provide athletic training services to high school players. Additionally, our athletic trainers are directly involved in training coaches with special emphasis on player care and injury prevention.

Athletic trainers work and communicate with athletes’ physicians, families, and physical and occupational therapists to ensure that all athletes are safe and performing at only the highest level after an injury.

Proflex offers this sport-specific conditioning program led by state-licensed and certified athletic trainers. We use the latest, proven neuromuscular techniques to improve body control, strength, speed, agility, power, and overall athletic performance with an emphasis on injury prevention. Improving neuromuscular control is one of the most important factors in preventing injury. Many experts believe the ages of 12 to 18 are the ideal years in an athlete's entire lifetime for developing speed, strength, and power.
