Don't let an injury stop you from playing Pickelball!

Injuries tend to happen with pickleball due to the stop & start nature of the foot work and the bending and twisting required to get the ball. The best way to avoid these injuries is to not overexert yourself and have a good warm up and cool down routine.

The ProFlex PT team will be sharing warm up and cool down routines to prevent injury. They will also be providing off the court strengthening exercises to ensure you can play your best game!
