Frank is passionate about delivering exceptional care to all the communities ProFlex Physical Therapy serves. His goal is to create a network of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics that will provide excellent care and foster a spirit of professional growth and caring.
After completing his degree in occupational therapy at Towson University in Maryland, Frank focused on caring for patients with hand and upper extremity injuries. He was granted a specialty rotation in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries by the Raymond Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore, Maryland. After its completion, Frank worked briefly in outpatient private practice before returning to work at the Curtis National Hand Center.
In 1996, Frank returned to live in Southern Maryland and began at ProFlex Physical Therapy (formerly the Rehabilitation Centers of Southern Maryland), establishing the hand and upper extremity program. Frank would later work to establish clinics throughout the region ensuring quality care and patient satisfaction while serving as chief operating officer. His vision of high quality care in a patient centered environment is the what Frank Strives to grow in all the communities ProFlex Physical Therapy serves.
Frank is a specialist in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries and has earned the certified hand therapist (CHT) credentials. He is a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists and serves as a member of the professional advisory committee for the Charles County Public Schools biomedical program and Project Lead The Way. He is a co-author of Rehabilitation of the Hand: a Practical Guide.
