She earned her BA in Biology from McDaniel College and graduated with honors from Howard University with a master&#8217;s degree in Occupational Therapy in 2012. Demonstrating her adaptability and passion for holistic well-being, Chrystal furthered her expertise during the pandemic by graduating from the American Massage and Bodywork Institute in VA, obtaining licensure as a Massage Therapist.</p>

<p><!-- divi:paragraph -->As part of her continuous professional growth, Chrystal is PAM certified and is actively pursuing her CHT. She is engaged in the Advanced Practice Certificate in Hand and Upper Limb Rehabilitation at Thomas Jefferson University while contributing her skills to the ProFlex team.</p>

<p><!-- divi:paragraph -->In her leisure time, Chrystal immerses herself in various activities. She enjoys reading, listening to music, abstract painting, and watching movies. Chrystal holds a personal philosophy of living life to its fullest, guided by the belief that she can achieve all things through Christ who strengthens her.</p>

<p>Ally is a highly qualified physical therapist with a robust educational background and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. She obtained her Bachelor of Exercise Science, with a minor in Chemistry, from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, AZ. Building on her foundation, Ally pursued her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, where she demonstrated her commitment to excellence by taking additional courses in Acute Care Physical Therapy. Her leadership skills shone through as she served as the 2nd Year President of the Pediatric Special Interest Group during her time at Midwestern University.</p>



<p>Beyond the curriculum, Ally has actively sought out opportunities for professional growth. Her dedication to treating runners in the Outpatient Physical Therapy setting is evidenced by the additional courses she completed outside of PT school. This special interest aligns seamlessly with her personal passion for long-distance running.</p>

<p>Stephanie Butts, PTA, embarked on her journey with ProFlex in 2011, initially joining as a PT tech. In 2015, she received the exciting news of her acceptance into the Chesapeake Area Consortium for Higher Education (CACHE) PTA Program, a pivotal moment that marked the beginning of her pursuit of becoming a Physical Therapist Assistant.</p>



<p>Throughout her years of schooling, Stephanie&#8217;s commitment to her professional growth remained steadfast, and ProFlex, recognizing her potential, continued to support her journey. After successfully completing the program and passing the Maryland State PTA Board Exam with flying colors in May 2018, Stephanie rejoined the ProFlex family in August 2018, accepting a full-time position at the Waldorf clinic where her career initially took root.</p>



<p>Stephanie is recognized for infusing compassion and joy into her patient interactions, creating a positive atmosphere for everyone around her. Her strong work ethic and contagious enthusiasm contribute to the vibrant spirit of our company. Her dedication to providing exceptional care is evident in her commitment to continuous improvement and learning.</p>



<p>Beyond her professional pursuits, Stephanie finds solace and joy in outdoor activities, especially those by the water. Whether playing softball, exploring new destinations, or cherishing moments with her family, she brings the same energy and passion to her personal life as she does to her work.</p>

<p><br>Jill is a distinguished occupational therapist, holding a Bachelor&#8217;s in Occupational Therapy from Towson University, where she immersed herself in the intricacies of hand therapy during her clinical rotation at the esteemed Curtis Hand Center in Baltimore. Complementing her clinical expertise, Jill pursued a Master&#8217;s in Health Care Administration from the University of Maryland, rounding out her educational background.</p>



<p>With an impressive 13-year career, Jill&#8217;s commitment to excellence is evident through her continuous pursuit of knowledge. She has undertaken extensive continuing education in specialized areas such as advanced splinting, wound care, lymphedema management, tendon injuries, complicated fracture management, multi-trauma injuries, and dry needling. Her dedication to staying at the forefront of her field has led her to present at the prestigious Philadelphia Hand Conference and be featured in the Maryland Independent.</p>



<p>Jill is known for providing the highest quality of care to patients recovering from hand and upper extremity injuries. Her approach combines a kind and motivating personality with a steadfast commitment to achieving positive clinical outcomes for all her patients. She firmly believes in the power of a successful team approach, collaborating seamlessly with fellow therapists, support staff, and physicians to ensure the best possible outcomes for her patients.</p>



<p>Outside of her professional pursuits, Jill finds joy in playing tennis, exploring her culinary talents through cooking, and embarking on travel adventures with her husband and two daughters. Any destination with a beach holds a special place in her heart, reflecting her appreciation for both professional excellence and a well-balanced personal life. Jill&#8217;s holistic approach to her career and personal interests showcases a well-rounded individual dedicated to the well-being of her patients and the enrichment of her own life. </p>
