Founded in 1991 with the first location in Southern Maryland, ProFlex Physical Therapy has grown to serve Maryland and Virginia while maintaining a caring culture and ensuring that we are invested in our communities.

ProFlex has been owned and operated by the same team since its inception. Early on, the founders identified the need for high-quality care in this rapidly growing community as an alternative to traveling to Washington, DC. Driven by the need to support the expanding region, ProFlex has grown to provide cutting-edge specialty services from multiple locations in the DMV.

We are grateful for the opportunity to care for our friends and neighbors, and our highly skilled therapists are committed to successful patient outcomes.
