Desiree got her bachelor’s degree in HR Management from the University of Maryland in 2020 and finalized her HR training by getting her PHR certification in 2022.
With 14+ years of HR experience, Desiree serves as the HR Manager at ProFlex Physical Therapy. In this role she is responsible for researching and analyzing the current PT market to implement new and innovative hiring strategies. Desiree is also overseeing all aspects of HR including full cycle recruiting, onboarding, employee management and maintaining and developing policies and workplace procedures for a better working environment.
Desiree lives in Fairfax county with her husband and 2 children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, traveling, and trying out new recipes.
