Frank is deeply committed to delivering exceptional care to the communities served by ProFlex Physical Therapy. With a goal of establishing a network of outpatient physical and occupational therapy clinics, Frank envisions providing excellent care while fostering professional growth and a compassionate spirit within the organization.

Having completed his occupational therapy degree at Towson University in Maryland, Frank honed his expertise in caring for patients with hand and upper extremity injuries. He furthered his specialization through a granted specialty rotation in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries at the renowned Raymond Curtis National Hand Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Following this, Frank briefly worked in outpatient private practice before returning to the Curtis National Hand Center.  He went on to become a certified hand therapist (CHT),  specializing in the treatment of hand and upper extremity injuries.  

In 1996, Frank returned to Southern Maryland and became an integral part of ProFlex Physical Therapy (formerly the Rehabilitation Centers of Southern Maryland). He played a pivotal role in establishing the hand and upper extremity program, showcasing his dedication to elevating the standard of care in the region.  Frank expanded his impact by working to establish clinics throughout the area, emphasizing quality care and patient satisfaction while serving as the Chief Operating Officer.

Frank’s commitment to high-quality care in a patient-centered environment is the driving force behind his vision for ProFlex Physical Therapy.  Frank is an active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists.  He serves as the chair of the Rehabilitation Division for The Healthcare Council in the Mid-Atlantic region.  Frank has served on the professional advisory committee for the Charles County Public Schools biomedical program and Project Lead The Way. Additionally, Frank has contributed to the field as a co-author of “Rehabilitation of the Hand: a Practical Guide.” 

His multifaceted role, expertise, and commitment to community well-being make Frank a cornerstone of ProFlex Physical Therapy’s mission.
